Puspa Catering Services was established in 1984 with the main objective to provide the best service and to become a partner in party organization.

With experience in the field of food service for more than 25 years, our service is supported by professional personnel, high quality products as well as a star–hotel–level service.

We present selections of national and international menus in various themes of party in unique formula and appearance in accordance with your exclusive taste.

Selection of raw materials that prioritizes quality from purchase until processing of products is made in order to provide the best service, all done in accordance with the main concept of Puspa Catering Services, namely “fresh food”, “hygiene” and “sanitation”.

Puspa Catering Services in implementing its operation maximally mobilizes its resources, namely:

1. Workers
Human resources in the business is consisting of employees that are educated and experienced in their field of tasks. At times when the work is too much to handle, special daily workers will be added for waiter, cook helper and dishwasher posts.

2. Stocks
Stocks or materials is arranged as follows:

-   Fresh Food
Stock of fresh meat, fish, seafood and chicken is supplied for 3–day requirement.  Vegetables and fruits are purchased daily.

-   Groceries & Canned Food
Stock of groceries and canned food is supplied for one-month requirement, except for particular goods.

Frozen Food
Stock of frozen meat can be stored longer with maximum supply for 3–month requirement and freezer temperature and good packaging are well maintained.

3. Equipment
Equipment is available in adequate quantity for kitchen and service requirements. The available and installed kitchen equipment can produce 12,000 portions of food per day.
